Information you provide
We collect information you submit through account, mentorship, intake, contact, payment, and booking flows. This may include your name, contact details, education or career context, technology support needs, goals, and files you choose to share.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to requests, provide Compass PATH or Compass IT services, maintain customer and mentee profiles, process payments, coordinate scheduling, and improve service delivery.
Service providers
Compass Cyber uses service providers including Supabase for application data and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Calendly for scheduling, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for website hosting. Their own privacy terms apply when they process information.
Payments and sensitive information
Compass Cyber does not store card details. Payments are handled by Stripe. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through site forms.
Access and deletion
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information associated with you by emailing mmarneau@compasscyber.us. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for payment, security, or legal purposes.
