Cancellation and refunds

Rescheduling
Please request a change at least 24 hours before a scheduled meeting. We will make a reasonable effort to find another available time.
Compass PATH cancellations
To request a cancellation or refund, email us before the scheduled service begins. Completed sessions are not refundable. For a three-month guidance engagement that has already started, any refund decision will account for meetings and work already provided.
Missed meetings
A meeting missed without advance notice may be treated as used. Emergencies and unusual circumstances will be considered individually.
Compass IT work
Cancellation terms for IT work depend on the agreed scope, scheduled visit, and any equipment or materials already purchased. Any project-specific terms will be shared before work begins.
